Ponderings, Poems & Practices
    for Living Your Brilliance!

Hello Dearheart,

Somebody said, worrying is like worshipping the problem. Ponder that, beloved worrier.

And while you’re in the pondering, when it comes to worry, what would you rather worship?

When I find myself in situations and thoughts that stick me to worry, it seems more valuable to shift my attention and welcome new perspectives, creativity, trust, interest and possibilities.

It’s also valuable to pull myself back and look from an expanded, broader view.  What does this look like from a bird-eye view?  Or from out-in-space?  From that perspective, what would I like to happen to my worry?

What could happen?

Worrying is like worshipping the problem.  I re-posted that on  FB a while ago
and someone replied with this Randy Armstrong quote:
Worrying does not take away tomorrow’s troubles. It takes away today’s peace

What could happen if you began to worship the things that bring you peace, right now, in this very moment?

Let’s give it a try!

Yeah, I know. Breaking the habit of worrying isn’t always so easy.

We can have a lot wrapped up in worrying. It could be the way we try to let someone know we care about them.  Worry might make us feel productive or that we’re preventing something bad from happening. Or that by worrying we have a sense of control.

You probably have your very own special worry-style.

If you’re ready to breakup with your worry habits, and are ready to worship something new, the Soul-based Coaching I offer could be perfect.
