Ponderings, Poems & Practices
    for Living Your Brilliance!

Hello Loveliness,

This photo is delighting me this morning.

When I first saw it my heart leapt for joy.
Adorable.
Innocent.
Free.
Present.

I kept coming back to it for the pure joy.

I remember loving mud. Luscious, squishing-between-toes mud. Making mud pies in my driveway, green cover-me-with-silkiness, Grecian mud.

Mud’s really not my thing these days. (It would be if I was on that beach in Greece. lol  Make sure to read to the end to see some photos of me with that Grecian sparkle.)

Maybe mud’s not your thing either. But can you recall a time when you’ve had the kind sparkle of delight in your eyes that this baby and puppy have?

What has lit you up like that?

When’s the last time you sparkled with delight?

We can’t force these moments to come.  They come by grace, but they are also a consequence of being utterly open and present to an experience; so taken over by a moment that time is forgotten.

What I can do is offer an invitation to these experiences by leaving spaciousness in my day. Putting my feet on the earth or my body in water. Putting myself in places that make the heart sing. Spending time with kiddos.  Hanging out with my own childlike innocent and seeing possibles in the simplest of things, like a gushy mud puddle. And sharing any of that with a good friend.

Want some help finding your mojo of delight?

In Soul-based coaching this is exactly what you can do.  In a way that is surprising and creative, you offer yourself an invitation for something new to come in. You access your own soul’s wisdom, you create the conditions for those experiences that you long for, and you gently meet the things that get in the way.

It seems like magic but it’s really science.  Maybe it’s where science and magic meet?

Reach out to me if you’re curious!

With love,
Sharon
