We’re wired for connection and intimacy. Most of us long to share our heart, body and soul with a beloved. But how to have a satisfying, healthy relationship wasn’t something we learned at home. In fact, most of us learned just the opposite, and, as a result, our intimate relationships are rooted in insecurities and fantasies.
Deeper Love is about reclaiming and embracing relationship as a Sacred Path. It’s cultivating the art of loving deeply … beyond our personalities … beyond the ideas of having or being the perfect partner. When we learn to bring consciousness to our relating instead of “doing love” we rest in being Love itself.
Vital, thriving, joyful authentic relating is a huge passion of mine. WORKSHOPS
Wake up with a group! Join me for an in-person event. These are rare opportunities to dive deep with yourself and others in a safe, intimate way. There’s a potent alchemy that happens when we gather with others in the intention of living a fully engaged, wide awake life. We step out of time and space to marinate together in an atmosphere of loving presence, curiosity, compassion and acceptance. We celebrate and empower each other.
When a circle comes together for a workshop, I see the participants as friends who just haven’t met yet. We leave an event holding each other in our hearts, as if the others had been there all along. I get juiced by collaborating with other facilitators so many of my offering are in partnership with other delicious souls.
